Help with premium account at bitcoinwisdom

This is my first post here. I'm trying to figure out how to set up a premium account with bitcoinwisdom to get rid of the ads on the charts. I have sent some bitcoin to the address provided but nothing has happened for some time now. This seems to be the only place to ask for help and advice, I can see no other contact details on the site. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks.
