btc-e account locked to an intrusion attempt

6 days my account btc-e has been blocked due to an intrusion attempt, they failed to take anything away but btc-e assistance  after 6 days is not responding to my ticket LEV-174-40806 can someone help me? thank you very much

Well if it helps you any Campbx has had my BTC frozen for 7 weeks and counting.  Seriously BTC-e can't suck that bad, nobody can...

and luckily open ticket in the mail says: The request will be processed within 72 hours.

Camp BX told me "ETA 1-2 weeks".  That was more than 4 weeks ago.  Still waiting. 

If an exchange could do good customer support they would put all these other jokers out of business.
