one would think with all of the cards they are selling to miners that they would help with design and config recommendations!

This is not surprising, but I believe they got their "10 reasons" quite wrong...  Grin

AMD knows right from the start that their gpus are being used to mine cryptos. In fact I am surprised AMD didn't start making dedicated asic/scrypt miners (If they do, they can essentially take over the crpyto).
