so i was trolling the net today and i seen videos with kids with prepaid credit card generators? then of course they had links to download their "software" which was .rar w password. so i didnt even bother. had me thinking tho it looked very similar to something like a serial code generator for software. e.i. windows etc. so if you knew the generation code u could make this happen? is this true or am i just a true troll.

Yes, there is a place where groups will dump left-over cards that they need to get rid of to make money.
Long story short, there are some private sites (not forums) that have these random cards.

Ranging from USA, Germany, Euro...etc

I've known people for years to screw with the system.
The problem is it's not just the USA currency, it's all currency.

As for this money moving to Bitcoins, I am going to put my hands down on this one.
There is no way for anyone to take a stolen credit card and convert it to Bitcoins.
Now, selling credit cards for Bitcoins is a whole new conversation.
