bitcoin private trades - which card to use?

Hey,

I am looking for a german prepaid card which can be used to buy/sell bitcoins easily with german people.
It should have the following features:

- (possibly) prepaid
- can be topped up both from physical stores in germany and online
- supports _instant_ transfers to other cards of the same type
- cannot be used to do chargebacks


In Italy we have PostePay, if I am not wrong the german PostBank should be approximately the same.

Any hint?
