Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the
subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The
subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

There's nothing wrong with the current block reward schedule. I guess I disagree, I think we should stick to 337m coins total, this will extend the life of the coin for miners. I think eventually we will need to add a small subsidy beyond that, maybe 3.37 coins or something, just to keep the blockchain healthy after the 337m subsidy coins have been mined out. |

Block finder reward isn't working. My bonus credit does not add up tI'o the correct amount given the blocks I've found.
I'm pretty sure the blockfinder reward promo is over, it was supposed to go for 250 blocks. |
