Why does my D9 IP show inactive. I can't log in to do any changes on the settings. And if the ip turn active it's only for a few seconds active. It don't let me saved any changes. I am running other miners also and they all run without problems on my network. Any suggestion. Anybody had this problem?

The modem picks up the miner IP but its not in an active state(no connection) so i cant do anything if i cant log in into it. Even after reset still the same. Can the control board be faulty with no red fault light flashing.
