I recently got my hands on a new 7950  Smiley i found that undervolting it to 1000 mV dropped my temps by 15 degrees without a decrease in performance will undervolting a card damage it ?

NO !

undervolting GPU or CPU  can the system instabile !!! bluescreen etc.

Damage NO !!!!!!

Awesome i am undervolting my 7950 to 1000mV with 100% stability
