No, there is a question in the form that asks if you are the dev or not. So the more people that fill it out the better! It shows there is a community supporting the coin, which is key. Looks like there is some good activity here, things may be building towards critical mass for a takeoff soon. Getting on a major exchange like Poloniex will really help with the visibility.

Yes indeed, we need to be on another exchanges before we even can think about on getting on mintpal for example. Also exchanges look at daily volume of a coin, aside from votes.
With another exchange PTC can access new capital and volume, also increase its userbase. So this should be a top priority. But we need the help of the community too!
I have already filed the form for PTC on poloniex but others need to do it aswell!
