Some suggestions:
-We can only help when we know why you are looking for a coder.
-It is easier to get people interested if you state how much you are willing to pay for the job.
-Learn some spelling and use some grammar and people will take you more seriously. Posting your forum title in FULL CAPS does not help.
-Use some effort while making your posts, if you want other people to reply.
-Asking other people to PM you is a very lazy way of doing things, and you probably won't get many replies. YOU want something done, so YOU should step forward and reach out to someone. There are more than enough people offering their services on the
service forum in the marketplace here on bitcointalk.org, including me, so that won't be a problem.
