loking for a programm that works without me leaving it open 24/7

I should be able to place sell orders when the market price reaches a specific value.

No QT Bitoin Trader is not an opton cause it does not work when you close it

What programm does this easy task for free and support btc-e ?
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

it's either you place it when you open your PC or you need a VPS with a bot for that

You can not place something offline to wait for a specific price to sell, this already is called online, or I am missing something

Yes. It's a free virtual server (VPS). It's easy to setup and use. And runs 24/7 in the background in amazon's cloud.
