Hi,

i dont believe this, i was able to talk to them on skype. I dont know if its really them or a fake skype

Skype ID is: btc-e.support

They are asking me to deposit 3BTC on btc-e wallet for verification. WTF!!!
That's the reason i deposited on btc-e.com to buy some coins and you are asking me deposit. Below is the convo

And when i asked for refund it doesnt reply.

Hi,

If i really know if this will happen, even on any other payment gateway i will not deposit any on btc-e.com

This is not my first time to deposit on them via bank wire. The first transfer i did was only 5 days and my deposit appears on there site.
But now I dont know what happened to them. I feel like there is a serious problem on there side (specially with the support) and probably they might closed someday. Im re-reading other threads and there is a lots of same case i have.

For those who are planning to deposit any amount and currency, be aware of this problem.

Mayzus is btc-e. They are the beneficiary of the wire transfer, not the intermediary bank. You will have to contact your bank to find out if there is an issue with the intermediary bank.

Mayzus is btc-e. They are the beneficiary of the wire transfer, not the intermediary bank. You will have to contact your bank to find out if there is an issue with the intermediary bank.

The only reply I got from their customer support is, send us a swift copy. I already did this 2 times, but no reply afterwards...

I just deposit via bank wire on btc-e.com last dec 18, 2013, and as of the moment it doesnt appear on my account Sad

I already tried sending a ticket on there support but no response.

Anyone same experience?

Same problem here!

I have deposit via SEPA payment on Dec 30th. Until now, the money has not arrived in my account.

But what really scares me is that support does not bother to answer my requests.

Something seems to go wrong with BTC-e

I've sent a wire transfer on December 3rd 2013 and it is not credited in my account. I opened multiple tickets, they have
a short automated answer asking for a " SWIFT copy" . They never say why they need the copy, after more than one month they don't see the
extra money in their account?

what can we do ?

Guys,

problem solved after 1month and 1 week. My deposit appears now.

for those who are having problem with there deposit what i did was create ticket (which quite frustrating due to they dont response) and PM ICQ 610112128. Always follow up your ticket on there ICQ.
