Are Altcoins just as important as Bitcoin?

I think there are would be no crypto market without altcoins. In fact, Bitcoin is very important cryptocurrency, but altcoins have many cases of use, that Bitcoin do not have.

There can be hard to earn bitcoin when there is no existence of altcoin, where it is true that altcoin are more cheaper and can be earned freely through bounties which can also high profit. Altcoin is also important for us to earn good where do not need huge amount to start with.

unfortunately what you are calling "competition" has never been much of a competition. there has been only alternative ways of making money which we call altcoins. there has been some rare innovations in this system and some decent projects but majority of the altcoins, specially the top10, have always been purely for pump and dumps which kills any kind of competition in this market because all the money goes into the top pumped coins not the good projects that are not pumped and are outside of top 10.

The importance of altcoins is about the adaptions and mostly used by different bounty campaigns as a main contributions of salaries to the people who joined and works in bounty campaign. And many kinds of altcoins now that being introduce in the market, are came from different bounty campaigns.
