I just made my own mining pool ...
but I got question ...

how to invite miners to mine on my own pool ?

0% fees ?
which other benefits ?
what else ?
advertising ? but where ? (I want cheap)

or which coin to mine ?? (any new ?)

Well more than 0%fees (imho is even better for miners if there is at least 1% fee so pool can be solvent when problem occurs and can compensate partly/fully losses - btw why the hell you would operate pool without profit???) I am happy if you can guarantee 100%(or 99%) uptime of pool - when you got lower uptime its bad.

Another plus is multiple servers distributed among continents (e.g. EU, USA, RU servers).

And imho very important is also to have some stable miners who are not pool/coin hopping so you have at least some hash rate on pool all time(hash rate to got block at least one in hour; half hour our is even better) even when all promiscuit miners go gone for more profitable coin right for while your pool will still solve blocks -> thats what is everyone surely looking when selecting pool.




So my advice would be to get server work stable and buy(these days lot of guys selling mining power)/get some miners with few Mh/s to pool from start.

And Imho it's better select one or few coins you believe have future or you like something about them(something else than just name) and provide long term sufficient pool mining.
