Hi guys, I thought I would post this up here in hopes that someone knows what's going on.

I was mining DOGE at multipool.us during the craze up until the value tanked and the chain forked. I had some DOGE left in my wallet at my pool that I decided to transfer over to coins-e where I had been successfully trading DOGE for the past couple weeks or so. What happened next confused me. The coins never arrived at coins-e. They don't appear as pending or anything. I double checked the deposit wallet and it is exactly what it should be. I checked the block chain for the transaction ID and it shows the transaction should be going to my wallet at coins-e but the status just says "not yet redeemed" whatever that means.

I waited a couple days and decided to mine a bit more DOGE to see if the issue was still happening. I did a manual transfer and sure enough, those coins also didn't make it to the exchange! I'm not sure what is at fault here, multipool, coins-e or what.

Help!

Upon further research, it appears the fault is with coins-e as they are on the wrong DOGE fork. I guess I just have to wait for them to get on the correct fork and hopefully the coins will show up. It sound like many people have potentially lost DOGE and their support is not getting back to people (probably bogged down)

Looks like you don't need help anyways you better to prove you lost some DOGE to them.
