If you have cheap electricity, mining GPU centric alts can be profitable. There are many to switch between and GPU's have a good resale value if you decided to discontinue.

Remember to take into account your cost of electricity. If your computer/server is running anyway, you might as well have it spend its free time mining altcoins, but every dedicated machine you buy will cost you extra power to run.

Mining altcoins is not profitable yet, thanks to the bear market we have altcoins on sale, electricity is not cheap, also HW for minining costs a lot of money, so I recommend rather to buy altcoin rather than mining.

I get Bitcoin Gold. At a given moment, because of the high cost of electricity, I can not afford to sell this coin from loss. I keep until the price Bitcoin Gold will not be $ 100.

Hey guys,
I am planning to mine altcoins in the next year. What do you think, is it worth the time and capital ?
If u have the intention to mining, u should pay attention to the tools first such as a special CPU for mining and large electrical power, then u must to analyze the token u want to mine, whether it is easy or not. Then u should really analyze the future price of the token. And the conclusion is everytime and everywhere u will mining it's worthed provide you have an capital and everything tools for mining.

I would suggest to invest in mining ICO project, like Ambit Mining - it is one of the good ICO and will have perspective, so you will invest less money and get more profit. I think it is more wise.

According to this, it is very profitable. if not why people mine the coin.
but it also depends on your capital, your hardware to mine.
indeed it is also there are risks. But you have to do it carefully.

I think it's worth it. Altcoins can grow in relation to bitcoin and this is a good plus. The only question is the correct choice
Sure, altcoins can grow pretty well, but at the same time, there are some things, like electricity most importantly, the amount of capital he has, the fact that he would have to settle for the long term with the altcoins giving some really good push in value and that is the only way he would not get frustrated at the end. However, I would be careful because gradually trend is changing from proof of work to proof of stake and it is important to try to blend with the trend than end up making the wrong decision.

The next year you said is too far away. I cannot give you an accurate answer because the current market is ever-changing. The current market is no longer suitable for novice mining because of the possibility of losses!

mine is an altcoin job that very result. but to achieve that need capital in order to get a profit from mining it. a lot of things have to come to be able to get the bounty to the maximum. mining will be promising if you have capital and facilities great also.

with increasing levels of diff in bitcoin mining, many people are beginning to switch to altcoin, and altcoin also provides higher returns in terms of volume quantity, the initial capital for mining is the same but there are some points that make bitcoin still the top choice, but this trend will soon be changed mainly after 2021.

Hey guys,
I am planning to mine altcoins in the next year. What do you think, is it worth the time and capital ?
I think you should not exploit Altcoins at the moment. Because the profit you earn is very low and almost no profit. The price of the altcoins will not meet your electricity bill and your investment in a short time.
So I recommend exploring Bitcoin, its price is very high and the profit earned is more than exploiting altcoin.
Well, we cannot assume if he is actually getting some pretty good electricity rate right now though and in that case, he may not have to spend so much when compared to mining bitcoin. Bitcoin mining right now is a setup where you need a lot of money before you can even start considering it.

However, with altcoins and some few capitals, you can set up something and focus on the long term as the potential is there for some pretty good ones and you could make a lot from their bull runs.

In my opinion, If you have cheap electricity mining can be profitable. There are coins that have less trouble,
and if you are going to mine them and hold them until the price goes up because it's worth it.

You should consider that some long term investment anyway and depending on electricity and the amount of capital you have to set up a good miner, you should at least want to consider you initial capital first right which in this case, you may have to wait a while to hit that before thinking of raking in some further profit. However, in the phase where these coins end up growing in value hugely, that is where the main thing comes and what some miners always look out for though.

Pay attention to the POS mining, this trend is gaining more and more strength.
It's probably not the best idea to buy graphics cards now.
I guess a lot of people are staking right now than actually going the mining gadget way and I believe over time, we may actually start getting to see more POS than POW. I totally dig this as it is always good to follow trend in whatever you want to end up doing and it would not be a good idea holding some GPU that will end up utterly useless in the long run except to be generating dusts wherever you keep them.

Mining competition are getting strong today, but it is still gaining as crypto transactions are wildly increasing and it needs more miners to make transactions faster. Most probably it could be more profitable once crypto acceptance by big establishment as a mode of payment.

Mining of altcoins have recently shown to be highly profitable when compared with bitcoin mining. Infact, the complexities in bitcoin mining alone is much and as such, we've been able to observe that in order to make good capital from mining, altcoins mining is the best.

You may find a suitable candidate that will eventually grow into a large value coin but it seems like the model might be changing to proof of stake rather than proof of work so its difficult to assess if investment in additional equipment will pay off well.
