This is your first post and you are already trying to sell something worth several hundred thousand dollars?

SCAM ALERT!

Seriously dude, before you start selling things like that, start off low with products worth $20. Then move to $100, then up and up gaining trust.

Plus you will need to let buyers use escrow to start off with.

I cannot stress how highly enough it is essential for you to use an escrow service.
The OP is advertising to sell a 250K$ car on his first post here.

Can nobody else see this is ridiculously a blatant attempt at scamming?

I wouldn't trust an escrow with 50K$ let alone 250K! Despite their 'trust' from previous transactions they can easily keep your money and live on it for decades!

Hey bird,
you sound more like a scammer with your lame reply.
First of all you likely know nothing of Boss 429's
Second,I posted it here so perhaps someone fortunate enough to have made a killing in Bitcoins could have the opportunity to spend them on something with tangible value
Third,I doubt second applies to you
Forth,if I posted it on epay(which I have done previously) you ,if you even knew anything about cars, would not have said anything.
So buzz off !
I found this site after looking into Bitcoins and felt it might be a start for marketing items using this new currency.

At this time I am not schooled enough in the mechanics of the actual transaction of product to bitcoin and subsequent delivery.
Rest assured I would not turn over title and keys without actual currency in whatever form being verified.
That being said,I'm sure I will be able to get a trusted advisor to assist.

Haha, apparently you're required to be established here for at least a few months with some rep if you want to try selling anything, mate.  Tongue

By the way, for those folks outright calling it a scam, btctalk accounts -even ones with high rep- can be bought, so rep doesn't necessarily mean a damn. Protect your own ass regardless of who you think you're dealing with.

A few years ago, I was doing some work for a guy that had a huge classic muscle car garage. He had one of these and once I sat in it, it was among the few times I considered doing prison time for trying a gone in 60 seconds stunt. The feeling was like that of just after sex. Why are you selling? Are you a collector? What is the minimum bid you'd even consider reasonable? -not necessarily accept.

Good Luck!

If he had let you drive that Boss 429 you very well might have never come back.
As far as the disbelievers go they are on other sites as well and never seem to have the time to do a little research on their own before yelling "scam"
And the nitwits who think it's funny to offer piddley amounts thinking they are funny most likely don't have any idea what a Boss 429 Mustang is and couldn't afford one anyway.
I'm looking to sell it so I can build a Cobra.I've had the Boss since I was 18 and it's time for someone else who can appreciate it to add it to their collection.
Don't really want to sell but can't afford to do both and really would like a convertible before I'm to old to enjoy it.
As far as a mininum, well let's just say that I would consider a little less but not much and the buyer would really have to appreciate the rare car he or she is getting.
I don't know why pics won't load so if you want to see it go to MyClassic Garage

Whether your listing is on other sites or not is not our problem and is at the risk of the buyers there.

At bitcointalk, it is strongly discouraged to make any large transactions with a non-trusted member.
If you accept escrow, I guess it's fine though.

I don't know you from Adam but I would never purchase a car without seeing and driving it anyway and I don't believe anyine else would either.
As far a being a "trusted member of this site" it would make no difference .
Weather someone wants to purchase my car with bitcoins, cash,or bank check all funds would need to be verified before title transfer.
And,due to the volitality of bitcoins I suspect I would want them converted to USD first unless of course they were a "trusted individual"

You should make a video of the car you are trying to sell.
