Hey guys new member here, collegeboy. I have had a burning question that I have been having trouble with lately. Well, to start off I downloaded a GPG/PGP program called gpg4usb. I understand a good amount of that program, but I am having trouble importing a friend's Public Key.
So to start off this is how I am trying to Import the Public Key.

1.I copy and paste the public key to notepad and save it.

2.I then open up the program gpg4usb and click Import Public Key.

3.It gives me 3 options which are importing from File,Editor,Clipboard, or Key Server

4.I choose the File option and click on my notepad document that has the key stored on it

5. Well...up pops a message saying "NO KEYS TO IMPORT"

So I saved the public key to notepad and then went to gpg4usb and clicked import from file, and then choose the file and the program says "NO KEYS TO IMPORT" Wtf? I would really love to have some help here guys, thanks in advance:).

Hey collegeboy
What's your gpg4usb version ?
Try this command :
Code:
gpg --allow-secret-key-import --import <keyring>
