Bitcoinfog problems?

So almost 12+ hours now, bitcoinfog marked my withdraw as "Finished" about 6 hours ago, 6 hours before that I actually initiated the withdraw.  So far no transactions on blockchain to my wallet, no response from BCF support...

ya bitcoinfog does not respond to support tickets.  And I have no idea how they sent me these coins one time but they showed up in my wallet but never on blockchain, never got confirmed.  I would stay faaar away from these fuckin scammers.
