I am not so stupid after all.

Emunie ltd. Or the total capitulation with the governments and laws, the complete surrender. (ripple all over) centralized as hell with only one dictator CEO Dan Hughes.

Like I said they should ban fusseleer for life. He lied from day one more than a year now to dedicated helpers and beta testers that were by his side day in day out, now he stabbing them a knife in the back by solely listing emunie as a company, no need to say all the consequences that come with that.

Dan Hughes in his eyes everyone and everything that don’t share his opinion is retarded looking down on average people, arrogance itself.
I hope for all them who dedicated one year of their life to test and help developing emunie that Hughes gets what he deserves (karma is a bitch you know).

Not impressed.

1. After repeated attempts to load the block chain, the client gets stuck on the very first block and I cannot fully load and use the client. (I tried 4 times- three last ngiht and once today)
2. The GUI looks cheap and playful.
3. I'm not seeing much QUALITY innovation. It looks like the profiles, chat, and messaging system were just thrown together so that they can say they have it.
4. It seems like the true innovations (ones we really need so we don't get goxxed/seized by the feds) were not included in the Beta, and are not developed yet (Distributed P2P exchange and Distributed market place.)

Summary/Warning to investors:
So, what we have here is another IPO coin promising very ambitious projects. Will one of them (or all?) actually be able to complete a project of this magnitude? I am skeptical they will all succeed, I feel like there's certain to be some failures along the way. I just wanted to make note that investing in this is not a sure thing and there are a lot of variables that you or I cannot control, which will ultimately lead to the success or death of eMunie and other IPO coins. Although it is technically a "gen2" cryptocoin, it is stripped of its most valuable features. Assumingly so because they do not exist yet.

As the dust settles, it seems that eMunie will be second or third to the holy grail of a distributed p2p exchange. Mastercoin is supposedly a month away (http://www.mastercountdown.info/). This does not bode well for eMunie or their investors. I would venture to bet that Mastercoin is way ahead in development of the exchange and will definately be first to have it... well before eMunie and Nxt. If there's one thing I've learned about cryptos, it's that the first mover award can be great (the network effect). If Mastercoin completes their distributed exchange first, it is likely to be the most popular for the immediate to near future. Being the most popular exchange will bring them a lot of money, to further improve on the protocol and exchange. This will make it harder for the likes of eMunie and Nxt to catch up.

Basically.. eMunie is playing catch up, and this time unfortunately I do not think slow and steady wins the race. Not in the world of cryptocoins.

My two cents,

Ch

eMunie from the beta will all be destroyed. Is there any incentives for early beta adopters then? Can beta addresses that helped in testing be used to redeem coins when official is launched. Just putting out, just a thought. It may help with wider adoption

Supposedly everything will be destroyed after the beta- addresses, balances, etc.

Each Beta participant will receive 1000 eMus at their launch for helping during Beta.

Nxt is open testing their AE today. It seems Nxt will be the first.

Have had the same problems with the block chain. Even after re-installing it was stuck somehow. Often the connection was lost, without any reason.

I also expected more from the GUI. The whole project looks for me a little bit half finished. After the huge amount of time and effort that was invested here, I expected more...  Huh
