So how will infrastructure be built for this coin when anyone who accepts it for services can be sued?

My sincerest best wishes to the Devs of COINYE Coin. This will be a test for crypto.

Well unfortunately for these lawyers they may try but they can't really win a lawsuit if COINYE DEV team want to go forth with the launch!
You have the example of Keisercoin pre launch by other than Max Keiser. Enough said!
I am not apart of COINYE DEV team or affiliated with them but a mere Cryptocurrency adopter and free market convicted supporter!
I do think it is another Pump and Dump coin BUT nevertheless the acceptance or demise of this coin is enterily up and in the hands of the cryptoworld community!

I don't see a problem with the name but what I do see a problem with is using a thing from South Park Gay Fish which is Copyrighted. That is pretty much all they could ever get the DEV team for is copyright infringement and yes those laws are international.

In no way at all is this coin the same as Kanye West

I have had trade mark infringements on my logo and because it was a different colors and style the trademark regulators deemed it not to infringe copyright laws


this is just personal experience


coinye does not sound or even remotely look like kanye
