Joana7575, It's pretty simple just wait the end of this month then take a plane ticket to Hong Kong then use a Bitcoin ATM to buy what you are looking for.

Coinbase is reliable. Once you resign yourself to the fact that anonymity is no longer practical to maintain, just sign up with them and get verified. Then you can buy/sell up to 50 BTCs a day.

BTC-E is a great trading outpost, but harder to get USD moved to/from there.
