This is my first post on the board. I'm really interested in the topics discussed on the forums and I'm looking forward to get some helpful information. I already read a lot of topics and I hope to find answers to the questions I have, or will have in the future. So far I'm happy to be part of this great community! Cheers  |

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the
subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The
subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

If you are mining do you have any idea what coin/pool you want to mine with???

Concerning my plans: Basically I found this board because of my idea to mine bitcoins - nevertheless by reading the forum posts etc. I found out that there are more possibilities which I might consider. Still have to read A LOT  |
