About half a dozen people are using it so far. Mostly from China. I guess they are not so afraid down there

Will you publish the source code?
No. Then I have every reason to assume it is a wallet stealing virus.

No. Then I have every reason to assume it is a wallet stealing virus. Then I have every reason to assume you don't know how to secure your wallet. Indeed, I don't know any way to completely secure my wallet without having it on a separate, isolated computer.

No. Why wouldn't you publish your source code?

As a programmer myself I understand your hesitance, but an open-source project like this would only better the community. The truth of the matter is this program will never make money because websites over this service for free without the risk of viruses. Not trollin', just droppin' some truth =)

I don't care much about money, though it would be nice to recoup 3 days of work Mostly I don't do it on principle - I believe that asking for source code is not the solution for the wallet problem. This program is trivial, what about non-trivial ones? People must understand that asking source code is not the way. Educate yourselves how to secure your wallet. Bother developers to make official client more protected.

Educate yourselves how to secure your wallet. First off, you're ignorant if you think ever miner knows how to secure their wallet. You on the other hand as a developer should be taking the moral high road and showing us that the product that is actually safe and stop insulting potential users. Open your source and stop being a douche, your code is nothing special and acting like it is will only push the people you want to use it away.

Fine. Push away! I wrote this, first of all, for myself, to keep an eye on Bitcoin. If somebody has prejudices against closed-source software they can install Linux and be happy.
