Bitcoin Transactions Stuck at 0/confirmations

Both are .75 BTC with one having a minimum fee. It's been an hour or so and they are still stuck at 0 confirms. What's the issue?

Run Bitcoin with the -debug switch, double-click the transaction, and post the tx dump.
