Onplace Token is it scam?

Couple days ago, I received an OPL token from an onplace project that you can view their Web at www.onplace.io , the amount that they gave is large, if it is sold at the ICO price. then I got 0.1 ETH. good enough for twitter campaign instead. However I also see some issues that Onplace project is a scam. Until now I'm still not sure of that, because everything looks pretty good. I want your opinion about this project, scam or not? Because I think the project is good,or maybe it looks too good
