KRAKEN exchange is falling to pieces?

I made a SEPA deposit on December 23 but to date, after 16 days, the money has not arrived on my account yet.
I contacted the support a week ago, but it seems they have not started any investigations yet.

Any of you are having the same problem with that exchange?

You should post your problem in the official Kraken thread, Dargo might be able to help you. All my EUR (SEPA) deposits were completed within 15 hours.

if you live in California, you may be Pre-Verified to Tier 3 but your account will be functioning at Tier 0 until we have clearance for CA,
