OK, I set up a XXXcoin.conf file, move it into the XXXcoin folder in my appdata/roaming/XXXcoin folder.  This is what I have:
Code:

listen=1
maxconnections=100
gen=0
genproclimit=-1
rpcuser=USERNAME
rpcpassword=PASS
rpcport=9031
p2pport=9031
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
server=1
daemon=1

I also add -server to a shortcut of the XXX-QT wallet file.
Change the username and PW, run the shortcut and get a you have to set the username and PW error?

What am I doing wrong?  Also is my miner and wallet are on different computers I have to add the addresses to the rpcallowip= (for each computer), correct.

Thanks!!!
