Guys please be careful of scammers lurking around. they will ask for you to send first and wont want to use escrow. If someone is not willing to use escrow that means they plan to rob you. avoid them

Well one option would be an escrow service. However, I am not familiar with the basics of it.
I can offer a trade on trust, we should break it to smaller portions. I.e. small transactions of 0.01BTC, then the respective 12K COYE, or so.

I am not willing to risk losing my reputation here nor getting banned for a measily 0.05BTC so you will have to take my word.

To the OP - My advice is stay away from this coin, I will be very surprised if any exchanges take it on, not with all the legal nonsense coming from Kanye's lawyers.  Too much risk.
