Hi I am very new at mining, I tried to set up everything yesterday for the coinye launch and I couldn't even setup the wallet, it shows out of sync. Then cgminer wouldn't connect to the poll...
Any step to step guide for mining coinye? I have an intel i7 - 8 GB RAM - nvidia gforce 520mx 1 GB - Thanks for any advice Smiley

Well first of all, for most nVidia GPU's you need to use CUDAminer. You can look the best settings up here:

LTC Mining Hardware Comparison

But judging quickly by what I saw there, you can assume that you will not get a hashrate much larger than 20 KH/s Sad

Cryptsy.com is the most likely to add the coin I guess.

Highly doubt they will. With the threat of legal issues with this coin, I don't think that Cryptsy wants to take that risk.

That is true. But taking the possible legal issues into consideration, no other sites will likely accept the coin. I find that Cryptsy does try to add most coins to their portfolio. I don't have anything to do with this coin, but I hope for the people who do that a larger site like Cryptsy will pick it up.

I downloaded CGminer on my pc. How should I proceed to config inorder to mine Coinye? Excited to get into mining. Appreciate your help

Would like to help you out, even though this might not be the proper section for this question. First you should consider joining a pool. I'm assuming you do not have a huge mining rig, so you should join a pool for mining.
http://coye.scryptcraft.com/index.php is one of the pools I could find, no fees there.

After you have signed up there you can follow their instructions on how to configure your CGMiner, or you can leave a reply here and I'll try to help you out Wink

Good Luck!
