Looking for scrypt-jane based altcoin developer

I am looking for an experienced dev/devs who can make a scrypt-jane Pow+POS based altcoin with a number of specific non-standard modifications. Please only respond if you are truly experienced, since it would be a shame to waste our time.

To give a crude idea of what I want:

Scrypt-jane (or other ASIC resistant alg. like whirlpool etc).
PoW/PoS
Custom PoW curve
Mandatory Transaction fees
Custom functions in Qt
PoS is variable through concensus
