Can anyone help me find "sdk drivers?" and config codes for my graphic card? I've been searching for them but couldn't find them.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
cgminer-3.7.2-windows

Cgminer gives "OpenCl.dll" error and i guess it's because I couldn't install a sdk driver and my config code, which I only wrote -i 10 for the graphic card part, is wrong.
