I am developing a website which accept Bitcoin , Litecoin, NMC, NVC... (all coin) for payment method

I want my website has function such as auto create new an BTC, LTC , NMC, NVC... address when new customer register on my website

When they send money to their wallet on my website, my website will know and auto credit their account

Each people has an unique Bitcoin , Litecoin, NMC, NVC... address on my website

You would need an architect for this. It is not an easy piece to build up.
You can achieve this by providing a single address for each coin type by pre-generating and tie it to a unique ID for each customer.
You would need to run the daemon for most of the coins as they may not have a block explorer API.

Run the daemons and use RPC to make calls to it. Else pre-genrate pub/ priv key pairs.

I believe that OP wants his own nodes, so RPC would be the best way.
