I've been snooping around, looking to maximize my hashing. In my journey, I've learned that I have a PCIE 2.0 x4 slot, yet I've yet to see a card with that interface. Is it just a slower version of the x16? I understand backwards the compatibility of PCIE so I assume that I can use any interface anyway. Are there any x4's out there? And before I kill my mobo, does the x4 accept x16 cards?

Mind if this post makes me look dumb, I'm a tad cunfuzzled with the x4 interface's lack of cards, and altogether usefulness.

/thread I've figured this out.
