He tried to get them to stop from launching.  The original date was 1/11 but instead they moved it to 1/7.  BTW....I did not mention these as "Coinye West" coins, as they were originally called.   I simply am stating I have "Coinye" coin to trade

Why is this a ridiculous topic?  I am not asking anyone to debate the legality of the coin.  I am simply offering a trade of coinye coins for litecoins or dogecoins. So what about making the trade is ridiculous?
