How much you bought TRX? If you are in profit basically it's the best time to dump that coin.
Don't wait for another announcement about partnership if it's a real good coin, the devs of it will show the developments instead of making hypes that would pump the coin.
That's just my suggestion and if you think it's good, sell.

I don't like TRX. I think it has several red flags and it is deeply overvalued for what it is at the moment. I may be wrong of course. What is the opportunity cost you have of holding your tokens? This is one question you should ask yourself in order to find the answer you are seeking. Another one is how much room to grow do you think it has, compared to other even better projects that are valued a lot less?

'next to bitcoin' really? you are so confident that Tron will reach that point, for what reason then? because it needs a reason before it goes big or else it would end up just like Bitconnect.

For a coin that is growing as much as trx has been going, it might be the best idea to keep holding the coin because with such growth like that it would not be a longshot for the price of the coin to actually get to $1. Also you can decide to sell the coin now that the prices has gone up and then when the prices fall again and go into the red, you can just buy back it and repeat.
