looking for people that want to create yet another coin..

I'm looking for some people that would like to work on an alt-coin project I've been thinking about.
Basically I would need everything from developers to web designers that could create an exchange (transactional).
an artist, to marketers/sales, to people that would just like to help.

At this point I've gotten domain names and some "preliminary" outside marketing strategies along with the basic alt-coin idea which is actually pretty complicated... , but that's about it so it's really early in the process... so I need interested people to throw ideas at...
