You can use these to find ROI. But it will only be accurate w.r.t current difficulty and market price. It is really hard to predict what will happen in the crypto market and mining profitability heavily depends on the market price and difficulty.

If you are seriously thinking about investing with considerably big amount, it ll be much better to buy cryptos from exchanges and hold long term. One good project is IOST (link in my sig).

Not at all worth to do the mining in India considering a high cost of electricity involved unless you can get free electricity. Also now the next step of govt would be to close all the mining rigs and setup so if you planning then be ready for a quick shutdown and eventually you will end up in a huge loss.
