yes its for depositing but it would end up on another address instead of your first one or your default address. just deposit on your default address.

You should post a screenshot (just keep sure that none of your private data is visible, especially not your private key) so that we can be 100% sure on what you are referring too.
But in any case, you are only given 1 address - you use it for deposits, withdrawals, and any other actions. You activate transactions by using your private key, which is another (longer) address that you will be given.

if its different from your default address change it to your default ones so your bitcoins would not end up on another address.

Hey
You should understand that there is no different addresses on your wallet  , no two different sending or recieving addresses.
It's just that one account have multiple addresses and they all arive at the same point .
Consider it like different paths arriving at the same location.
So the addresses that you see are all yours .. it's advisable to use different addresses to make yourself not easily trackable.
You can also request for new address on your wallet.
Always check the help in the wallet window to prevent yourself from doing something wrong .

This might be your public address of the wallet. This address is used to receive payments from others.

It's a new address, and it can still be used to receive money. This address is fixed and always fixed in your Blockchain wallet. Whenever you receive money or send money, your wallet address will change. You can still use your wallet address to earn money as it is yours.

Yes and it changes every time you receive Bitcoin to that address. This is normal and it's the safest way to keep your funds safe. Do not use the same address for multiple transactions. Indeed there is no problem on using the same address for multiple transactions but in this way, people will be able to match the address with you. So, for your own safety and anonymity use new address each time you will receive Bitcoin...

I cannot post screenshot.  It's the address below Request Bitcoin, Currency Bitcoin, Copy & Share Address.

In my opinion To find the bitcoin wallet address you must enter into bitcoin wallet account, here I use blockchain (blockchain.info).
Then Open web blockchain.info, then click the wallet and click sign in now. Then you will be directed to the login menu to bitcoin wallet.

When you open a blockchain wallet then you will get your deposit address on the button "request" but when you get any deposit to that address then adter that the address in that button changes so you will then need to go to the addresses section and their you request the used addresses nd find your that address on that places.

But do not worry as all of the address on that addresses can be used for depositing.

If they are worrying about getting an address and they only want to stay to one address, they can use it again and again even the address on the request button has changed.

But there's also a way to stay on one address so whenever they click on that wallet, they'll only see one address but there's also an option to add another address.

How you'll do it?

Settings>Addresses>+Add(name that wallet then create new)>Click Manage>+Add next address>Show

Blockchain is the most popular wallet ever. Just today I was reading news that they registered 25 mln addresses and that is total record.
Do not be scared if you will notice that your bitcoin address is changing all the time, it's their normal practice and everything is working fine.

Blockchain is being really preferred by the millions of users across the globe due to its security feature and the quick transfer during the non rise period. But when the price starts the bull run their unconfirmed transaction gets a long queue and also their fees goes like crazy and my friends have even paid 30 - 50 $ to transfer from one wallet to another.

By default it will have the moderate fee to make the transaction. If you guys do modification on the settings then you will be find the transaction delay and it will be queue for long time mate. Then personally I do not have the blockchain for continuous transaction.
For simple holding this blockchain wallet has been widely used mate. Then fees are really trouble when the mempool has been filled more.
That 30 USD transaction and all not a possible fees now. You may pay 1 USD as a fee for the transaction now bro.
