I did the firmware upgrade ..... but I always some miners to 0 ...... You have other things to try?

sounds like you have some faulty chips or not connected. Have you checked all connections to the controller board?

honestly no, I feel ...... but what I think and strange, and that the 9-10 and 0, and also the 15-16 ............ but try 'to control the various connections

aww I should have probably posted my question here instead... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=438714.0

One thing I didn't mention in the thread was that I had it on "balance" - just switched to failover but it doesn't seem to have any effect, I'll check back in an hour or so..

I found it in a tangle of cables and free cpu connector at the other two connectors ........ but I do not know where to connect them.
