The world would have continued to function even without bitcoin..I don't think it was created out of sheer NEED for decentralized payment system, it's a simple technological evolution. Imagine what would happen if all banks shut down today..there would total chaos. I do not think transferring all of your cash to Bitcoin is a good idea. Because the Crypto market has been hacked many times by hackers. They attacked large trading floors to steal lots of coins. Binance is a big trading platform but it can not be avoided.
If I have a lot of money, I will buy a house and stock. That asset will increase in value annually.
