Intersango.com seems to have updated their website in the last 24 hours. Unofrtunately they seem to have removed the ability to login with openid or google account.

Just this monday decided to try their service and deposited some euros... Now I can't access them. Not a good start.

Intersango folks, any comment?

Hi,

there's a migration service which is explained if you sign up for an account (in the email you receive). For those who are having problems we are answering support emails. It will not be a problem and the new software is a culmination of 3 month's worth of work. We will be making a detailed announcement later

Thanks, will try the migration.

For next time you could consider posting the announcement _before_ cutting service.

there's a migration service which is explained.

For the information of anyone else using a Google account: The migration page has a single text entry labeled "openid". You need to write "https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id" in it (do not replace id with your account name, that really is the correct url).

I've had the same problem. I think if Intersango change the login system, they should also add an explanation for users who registered with the previous Myopenid-based system. Now I find that I sent some money to a bank account in Poland, and I can't even access my account. Not good.

I did the migration too, but i dont have the money of my last wire transfert on it.

They have the money since the 30 august but they cant find the time to credit it to my account, despite the fact they said it will be done the 31 august.....

Now they are just saying me (ndlr yesterday) that "Please be patient, we will get to your ticket.".....

So like i need to make a transaction quiclky i had to register to Mtgox and make a wire transfer there, since i have no clue when Intersango will fix my problem..... im sure i will have my money on MtGox before i have mine on my intersango .

A bit pissed off. Angry

I assume you are talking about britcoin.co.uk? intersango.com (the topic of this thread) has not accepted openid since wednesday as far as I can tell.

On a more positive note, the SEPA deposit I did to my Google-login account did indeed arrive in my current account after the migration, that was nice. Lack of communication before a big change like this still left me with a bad taste though.

All accounts will be consolidated.  For now britcoin.co.uk will remain on it's own.

You register one account and them migrate the old account.

If you're using google for openid you'll need to access the migration page from each of the domain names as they use teh domain you came from to determine the openid they give us.
