I think those guys are abusing merit system.
In a bounty thread, shisir gave 20 merits which seems unfair. Shisir never gave a single merit to anyone else without this 20 merits.

Merit received- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1296812

Given by-  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=971544

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I suggest that you post this on Meta Section, and try to avoid creating a topic like this. There are already threads in which you can report such kind acts made by some users. You could post it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2896910.0
