Absolutely fine thing. Better for you to learn things beforehand. If you are entering in something and you are blank with dataset being used here, how can you make good profit? Basic purpose of every trade is to earn profit, right? Well this would be bad for you if you are empty head for something. Just learn and equip yourself with good knowledge set.

That is not trading, that is long term investment which you would not have to bother if what you actually consider low is truly low and could not go lower.
