want to say the best place for buying Cardano or any ALTs
is Binance. Biggest exchange in terms of volume so your
money is as safe as it can be. Demand for accounts is very
high and registrations can close at any time so if you are
new to the space i would recommend locking down an

Anyway, yes, as Binance is one of the major exchanges for bitcoin and altcoin, it's good to use it. But there are many more good alternatives of them, such as OKEx, Kucoin, Bittrex, Upbit, HitBTC etc. Each of them has different pros and cons. So, the user knows better why they are using it.

binance is good because it has good volume. but you should not forget that binance is a decentralized exchange and using any decentralized exchange is risky. i hope one of those decentralized exchanges become more popular one day so we can trade with less risk.

that is what everyone was thinking about Mt Gox, Cryptsy, Bter, Bittrex, Bitfinex,... and a lot of other exchanges with huge volume before they got scammed by each of these exchanges and lost a lot of money.

centralized exchanges are never safe no matter what they look like and how many users they have. Binance is currently one of the good exchanges with a lot of volume but that doesn't make it safer than any others.

you're pretty new user on this forum, there is reason why people should be PMing you asking for your advice on where to buy cardano. I honestly don't understand your post at all
