I don't see a problem in premining if those coins are spent wisely. By now we have reached block 32998, and with 100.000 per block that means almost 3.3 billion has been mined by miners. With a 60 second blocktime and 100.000 per block that results in 144 million coins per day there is stil a looooooooong time to go to mine them all, leaving plenty of opportunities for the community to pickup coins and get this thing running 

premined usage will be available for everyone to see when I get things listed up. so you can all see then how and where it's going. But the idea is that it is and will be used for bounties/giveaways etc

At least it's now in the hands of the new development, rather than still in the hands of the old dev. I've been promoting Fck from the early days. I'll still continue to show my support.

tho i would recommend you running your own block explorer to monitor it (by the looks of it you are using the one i have set up?)

you can just install your own instance of bitcoin-abe and use that, would probably be a better setup
