Such a great website, block explorer is live, pools going, just listed at first exchange (AllCrypt.com), too bad really.

motd2k It seems he has stopped answering PMs as well  You mean he actually answered a PM from you? never from me. Yeah I got him to answer and put the subreddit on the OP but now I cant get him to put the 2 exchanges that it was recently added to on there... Bad part is, he doesn't seem to be willing to have anyone take over the coin or at least help with the development so no one is able to have access to it. |

We've got lots of pirates wanting to sell some coin over on AllCrypt. Problem is the only people who know about piratecoin are people who own piratecoin, so there are no buyers. If we want this market to survive, we need to spread word that this coin exists. Somebody donated cold hard btc to get this coin listed, and if there's no volume, it will be delisted. We need a community effort to spread the word on this coin. We don't need to replace the dev to do that, community can do it on their own.
Listing coins for 5,000 satoshi is a nice idea, but they're gonna be selling for 1 satoshi if we don't bring this thing back to life.
We are pirates, aren't we? We don't follow the rules and we don't care about the laws. Lets start looting and pillaging the threads of some other coins!

Motd2k appears to have updated the OP with the Allcrypt listing, still no response from my PM's. And I offered him a pretty hefty bribe to just turn ownership of Piratecoin.co domain name to me so we can get this coin moving.
Next step is full-on mutiny.

At some point, I'd like to see the wallet updated to use PIR instead of PTC so there is no confusion for new users.

Some buy orders popping up. That's good. If you want your coins to have value, don't sell to these orders. As soon as you sell, the order will be gone and the price will look lower. Instead, take your loose btc change and put in orders for a couple hundred, a couple thousand, or whatever you can afford. Just $1 will buy over 1,000 coins at 100 satoshi, and the more orders up, the stronger the market looks.

Agreed, enough with this 500 satoshi crap, PIR should be worth 4x that Dumpers gonna dump - would rather take $20 now than wait a few weeks for $80 |

looks like we had some buy orders filled at 10,000 satoshi and then 4,000 PIR sold at 594 satoshi...
I believe the price for this coin should be at about 10,000 satoshi/PIR.
We are beginning to grow! ARRRR!!!!
