Thanks for the responses everyone.  

People are indeed being paid out in BTC for referrals and downloads.  It was just easier to implement with a USD structure and convert at time of payout.  Just like the USD, when everything is converted to just BTC payouts will be 20% for premium upgrades and then a static amount per 1k downloads.

Please let us know if anyone has any other questions.  We will be checking traffic trends to increase maximum revenue for all content providers/ affiliates so we are always open to suggestions that are mutually beneficial.   Thanks!

I do not have data on Skydrive in particular but but our servers do have dual gigabit connections on an outstanding network.  Typical premium d/l speeds are over 10 megs.  However free accounts are capped at 500k.

Thank you for the support.    We have just signed a new bandwidth contract and are able to increase the max download speed for free accounts to 1 meg.   Premium accounts still have no bandwidth cap on downloads.  Get it on.

We have increased the referral income of premium upgrades to 30% up from 20%.  

We have enabled forced SSL for all connections to site.

We have also temporarily disabled the pay per download pricing display while we are finalizing the region pricing.   Files downloads are still accrued during this time.
