Blockchain API pissing me off

Seriously starting to annoy me now. It's an intermittent problem, but every now and then the receive payments API just decides to not forward funds to appropriate address - leaving my customers rightly dissatisfied, and leaving me without being paid.

Has anyone every had any successes in getting these transactions rectified?

You are angry at a free api to move money around, WOW makes perfect sense to me.

The fact that it's free should have no impact on it's duty to function as advertised.
