Every time I try to post this happens...

It says I have "tried to post within the last 360 seconds... so wait"

When I wait and try to resubmit it says - "This post already has been posted............"

It takes 15 minutes to get a post through!!!

This is quite a pain and is preventing me from participating here fruitfully.

Any help would be appreciated!

I think the 6 minute wait is lifted after some level of activity.

You need to make sure you wait the full six minutes before you post. Log-ins and attempted posts count.

I think the 6 minute wait is lifted after some level of activity.

The wait diminishes with more activity you get. Mine is about 25 seconds now.

That makes sense though, if I was running a forum as popular as this I would probably institute such measures.

It just sucks when you dont know the rules. But now I know.
